Dear Amazon/Boldfit Support,I recently purchased a Boldfit Duffle Bag from Amazon, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product I received. The zipper is defective (photo attached), and the overall build of the bag appears to be very poor and not as described. It looks like a first copy or fake product, which is unacceptable.Please review the attached image for reference. I request a return or replacement at the earliest and expect a quality-checked product.

Good bag - the separate shoes compartment Healy helps. Only concern I have are the zips - they seem flimsy - don’t know how long they will last.

Fake product
The product is not what it is advertised as, it's a fake one, and the strap was also torn. Instead of boldfit they are giving some other cheaply made poor quality bag. Don't but this.
