So, I have learned a lot while touring the islands and one thing is certain: fresh produce is somewhat of a challenge. Being vegan, this means less variety which could lead to a weaker immune system. I am on a mission to find some easily portable supplements that are easy to carry, ingest, and with good shelf life. I am taking this specific product with me when I head back to the islands again next week. The package is small; each dose is just a quarter teaspoon, so this is 60 servings that can fit in your pocket. There are numerous benefits associated with mushroom extract including immunity boost and it appears to increase oxygen in the blood by dilating the aorta, thus increasing the amount of oxygenated blood to the entire circulatory system. While I like science and reports, I get excited about a product when there is a noticed change in the way I feel. It may be early, but I am noticing a more alert mind set. I'll continue to check in. I gave 5 stars for the added bonus being organic, gluten free, no fillers, and it is not organically engineered. The powder is easy to mix and it really isn't even noticed because the amount of the dose is so small. As far as value, the bag looks small, but that's a benefit for me because it takes up no space and it still gives 60 servings. I didn't know what to expect and this was just to try but from the very first day I felt the difference. The brain fog, gone. The energy, more than I've had in years. I am awake and not tired throughout the day and it's all from one cup of coffee in the morning. I could not believe that 1/4 tbs added to my coffee was all it was going to take and best of all it didn't change the flavor. Will I buy more, YES! 3/21/24- still using it I went from drinking multiple cups of coffee and coke a day and having the urge to have caffeine to not needing it. I still drink one cup in the morning. With all that's going on i should be physically tired and exhausted right now but my body feels better than expected.

I’ve taken it for a couple weeks. I can see a change. Use it in my coffee. No noticeable taste. Will purchase again.

I'm buying a 1lb bag of another brand that has 14 different kinds of mushrooms and is cheaper, (but takes an entire teaspoon of product), to mix into savory dishes. But I like that this one is so potent in just a quarter teaspoon, that I can mix it into beverages and hardly taste it at all. Coffee and hot chocolate seem to cover it nearly completely, (if you gave it to someone without telling them they wouldn't think it tasted off at all, but I can detect a savory note if I try), I could taste it a little bit in tea with almond milk (without trying), but it wasn't entirely gross. I like that it doesn't taste awful even if you didn't hide the flavor! It actually adds something nice to V8. Sometimes it tries to resist blending into a liquid and clumps, but I can pretty easily break them up with a spoon. I wish it was cheaper, but I'll likely buy it again for its ability to require only a small amount to mix into liquids.

I did not want to stop buying this specific brand because I do believe it is helping me. I feel like my old self, excited to get up in the morning. And being productive and focused is what I noticed most in myself. It has been more than 4 months consecutively drinking it. I add it to my coffee and there is no taste at all. I love that. However, I purchased the Amazon brand for a way better price. I will see if that one works also. But if you can afford it. Go for it try it. I would give it 5 stars, BUT the price is too much.

The serving size is much smaller than other mushroom products but still packs a good punch. The powder is very easy to mix.
