HTC One M8 32GB Smartphone AT&T Wireless 4G LTE for all GSM Carriers - Glacial Silver

Had nothing but problems with this phone since it's first use. It's an older phone but shouldn't have the problems I had with it. It was extremely slow and the simplest of apps were crashing on it often. The phone itself would crash sometimes too and need to restart. Camera wasn't bad and audio quality was fine too. I might of received a faulty unit since people told me it was better when it was released years ago. Regardless, I've upgraded to a much more up-to-date phone after using this one for a few months.

Amazon should not delete my comment and say "This is fufilled by Amazon". It is the problem of PRODUCT QUALITY itself from Eagle Communications. The "NEW" Written is actually a scratched phone which seems to be used before. It is definitely not new. I requested for replacement, waiting for a reply. Hope Eagle Communications can fufill its promise and NOT TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS. If Eagle Communications can replace me with a NEW, UNSCRATCHED one WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST, I will delete my comment. I don't think either Amazon or Eagle Communications has the right to delete a comment SIMPLY BECAUSE THE PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED. We should all be looking for a great product experience. I DON't PAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Phone was ok but I had a hard time keeping it charged up for a length of time. Just wasn't what I was needing, I'm sure it would be great for someone else.

phone was purchased as refurbished but it came with scratches and looked as if it may have been dropped. was not very happy...hopefully the phone will continue to work will update later. as of right now it is working ok
