I trust this brand, so I have them on subscription. You take three at a time, of the highest grade fish oil. There is no evidence whatsoever that you took fish oil that is detectable. Best in my opinion. These are high dose high grade! Don't skip in your fish oil! You are worth the best and this is that.

Before Omega 3 Fish Oil, I had what's know as a "trigger finger". My finger would lock up and be painful to bend. After only 5 days of taking Omega 3 I was able to move my finger without pain and have stayed that way. I also have arthritis and this past winter I noticed I was able to get up and move around much better, no stiff joints! I highly recommend Omega 3 for your health and joint pain, this stuff truly is a miracle in a bottle. *Beware when looking for a good Omega 3 they all are not the same! Make sure you are getting plenty of EPA and DHA. This brand, "Nutra Champs", has the highest DHA I could find, is certified, non-gmo and made in the USA!! Also I have not experienced any fishy after taste which is good. This checks all my boxes! To get the high DHA & EPA it says to take 3 daily. I take 2, 1 in AM & 1 in PM and it works great for me. **I would like to note I've also recommended this product to people at my work for trigger finder and joint aches and they all are also amazed at the results!

These are great! I've tried many other and fish oil supplements many of which have had chemically smell to them or awful taste. These are clear and clean looking with no chemical smell and no bad taste. I now have them on auto ship.

This product has been a life saver ! I have had back pain for years due to a bad mattress and aging..50.. so learning the curves of life! When shopping for a mattress i read a review that taking a good fish iol helped with back pain, arthritis so since im trying to eat on a Mediterranean type of diet i thought i could probly use a food supplement ro try as quality was important this seemed to fit the bill. I waited ro give a review,, since i have been taking this for a few weeks now i have noticed a great improvement with my back we also got a new mattress but i still wake up at 3 am and i can go back sleep without the aches i used to have. I know a mattress is a big deal but this is a supplement i realized read lacking in my diet that i need more of! I will continue with this brand as it has been proven to do what i wanted. I extensively searched for one that would meet my desire EPA and DHA daily amounts and this brand was my top choice. If you are looking for miracles, this product is not for you. The effects of EPA and DHA on your body are noticeable after a few months taking them religiously. Moreover, it is fundamental you also have a healthy diet, drink at least 2.4 L of water, and exercise regularly (3-4 times per week). Benefits of EPA in short - term: Reduction of inflammation (including cellulitis) and faster wound healing. These ones I started to notice after 4 months using this brand ( I was eating healthy, drinking at least 2.4 L of water, and exercise regularly (5-6 times per week) before starting taking the fish oil pills). Long term benefits: the EPA fatty acids are related to protection and restoring process of brain cells, preventing or retarding cognitive degenerating processes.

I gave this 5 stars because of the price, and lack of taste (a good thing) It simply gets on doing what it does, and continues to give me good fat so I don't get unhealthy. Buy and enjoy punters

I got no complains about those. I take 3 a day. No after taste. Pros are: the formulas/concentrations, the black bottle anti uv I prefer than the new transparent ones, and the price.

I do love these fish oil capsules, it has a great amount of omega's so i feel good taking them. I was hopeful that the lemon would mask the fishy burps though but it does not.. I think the only way to mask the fishy burps is to eat a meal when you take them!
