Good vacuum , but have no instruction in English plus plug was not right not stated on the demo of this product , don’t know how to put together the other adaptors , disappointed

Do not have stairs live in a true bungalow.

Just over a year old and the battery is almost dead, ie the vacuum will run for 30sec at most from a full charge. Not the quality I would expect from this brand.

Loved the product - have had two. First failed just out of warranty but I thought I would give another a go because I really liked it. Battery failed within 11 months - repaired under warranty. 18 months later this went - but deemed to be out of warranty. Batteries are a service job so was offered goodwill gesture of £106 call out charge and 50% off parts (no idea how much a battery costs).I won’t be getting another one.

This worked fine for just over a year then the battery started to fail and there is no way of easily replacing it without excessive costs. On consumer review sites others have made the same comment many just throw the thing away as the new battery is so expensive and can't be changed easily. Shame as the suction was good not that easy on stairs and removing the brush head can be tricky. I expect better from Bosch.

First one kept "dying" so bought a replacement. Replacement didn't last long before it too appeared to fail to hold charge. It would appear that the it can only be "binned" as the batteries are not replaceable ? These cleaners are not so cheap as to be categorised as disposable; there will not be a third one bought!When it works it is effective but otherwise it has little ornamental value.
