I tried these for the first time because they were on sale and I need protein but have difficulty getting enough because I’m always sick and I have difficulty eating and I mostly drink my protein but they want me to have some solid protein and it’s often very difficult for me to do because I’m always so sick but these have really been helpful and they taste good and they don’t make me sick which is huge bonus! I love these apple flavored ones because I’d only tried the chocolate but sometimes they’re just too sweet but the apple are great because they’re not too sweet and have great flavor satisfy my hunger and need for protein without making me feel sick which is great! I don’t think they are dry, they do tend to fall apart a little but that’s not an issue and the texture is good like eating a soft granola snack bar without breaking your teeth! They are fairly low in sugar and very low fat and I think they quite satisfying for either breakfast or lunch, for me it’s usually both because it’s all I can keep down and I usually add saltines and maybe a little peanut butter if I can and some of Amazon’s amazing cinnamon applesauce and I call it good! I’m looking forward to trying more flavors because it’s nice not being sick all the time! If you’re like me and battle nausea all the time and have difficulty eating you may want to give these a try. I was surprised and very grateful that they worked and they taste good!

I hate writing reviews unless I really like a product. I really LOVE the flavor of these apple cinnamon Kind Bars! We buy about 10 boxes per month, including the chocolate ones. My husband and I love the wholesome ingredients. We carry them in our cars, and in my purse in case we are held up, or just need some healthy calories. The apple Kind Bars have 8 grams of protein. They don’t elevate your blood sugar like other “snacks” do. I would highly recommend Kind Bars for anyone who cares about their health.

Like other Kind products, these bars are free of unpronounceable ingredients. They're reminiscent of an apple crisp. With 8 grams of protein, they're a good choice for a snack or breakfast in a hurry.

I absolutely love these! They are akin to something like a French toast/apple strudel flavor profile. They are one of my favorite snacks, but I am also a big fan of oat and grain snack bars in general, like "Nature Valley" and the like. I have gotten to where I keep a box of these on hand for any time I feel like I might need a boost. I find that when I eat these prior to going to the gym I feel light and energetic. I always try to supplement with more protein than is in one pack of these, maybe a whey shake in addition, but I do feel like the slow burning carbs make a world of difference for endurance throughout the day. Really worth a try!

I hooked on these things. The Apple Cinnamon is the best. You never get hungry and they are really good for you. Highly Recomend., if you normally don’t like healthy stuff you will like these. No sawdust here. Ha

Great flavor and texture. It satisfied my hungerin between meals when i im active. It is a great on the go snack

I like kind products but not this one. Price was good for what was delivered but did not like the flavor.

Quick good snack. Not too much cinnamon.
