I have two versions of this sleeve. I was sent a free replacement for the original set I received. I was told that the design was updated in the meanwhile. This review is for the replacement.The sizing chart suggested a "barely L", and I got an "M". I can confirm that M stays in place during the day. No slippage issues. The compression is adequate, not too much, not too low. For me, it helps to relieve some of the knee issues I have.

At first i was disappointed as the sleeve was much thinner than expected...HOWEVER ...its perfect to wear all day under a suit etc...the sleeve doesnt pull and grip your trousers causing them to bunch..excellent product i now have 2

I ordered this product as I pulled a ligament in my knee. As I have other medical problems, I didn't want to make my knee pain worse so thought I would test this out.To be honest I didn't think it would make much of a difference, but I was wrong. It has actually made my knee pain dissappear!!The seller did contact me before the item arrived to tell me to contact them if there were any problems with the item, which I very much appreciated.I measured my leg before ordering and did order a size S, however it felt a bit tight. So I asked the seller if it was possible to have a medium instead. They were happy to send out a medium free of charge. I will be definitely ordering from here again.

This actually smelt really bad when I received it. It wasn't a used smell it was more like a bad material smell if that makes any sense! So I was unable to use it immediately - had to put it through the washing machine first. When I did wear it I didn't feel that it was long enough or tight enough to provide the relief i needed so after wearing it once I have gone back to my original supports that i bought from the chemist. I did wonder if perhaps i should've bought the small instead of the medium (I'm a size 10 jeans/trousers) but I followed the manufacturers measurements guidelines which suggested the medium was the best fit - it wasn't. It's also a little pointless to but the brand name 'ionocore' on the support - after one wash the letters are already peeling off.The 3*s are mostly for the price, it was cheap enough for me not to be bothered with the hassle of returning it.

Having been using a borrowed, more expensive, Italian brand I must admit that I was somewhat sceptical at the price of this product. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. It is a great support to my problem knee, is very comfortable to wear and is much more reasonably priced than many others. This knee support really does provide stability and is most certainly providing me with relief from pain. Also, I cannot praise the companies Customer Service enough when I needed to change to a different size. Excellent all round!

This is the worst purchase I have ever made on amazon. No support what so ever! May as well have cut a pair of leggings to fit my knee. Hugely disappointed. DO NOT BUY. The only reason this has one star is because it wouldn't make me write a review with 0.

Perfect outcome. I already had the elbow support from this company which is blissful to wear when needed. I measured carefully and ordered the Medium knee support as per the sizing chart, but after wearing it for a day there were deep grooves in my skin from the non-slip bands top and bottom. I contacted Iconocare via Amazon messaging and less than an hour later, heard from them that they would send the next size up for me, free of charge, and to stop wearing the support as it was cutting in, in case it was restricting bloodflow. Two days later it arrived and fits socomfortably that I forget it's on - almost got in the shower still wearing it. Amazing product and incredible customer service, so generous and committed. Thank you.

The sleeves do not give much support and the elastic is rather tight. I have not experienced any benefit from the sleevesThis the third time I have received an e mail to ask me to give a review. I have already written a review.Please stop sending e mails requesting reviews

Buon prodotto, ma nonostante la misura della ciscia sia perfetta, stringe molto sul polpaccio, ho dovuto arrotolato per poterlo sopportare. Peccato che nella tabella misure questo non sia riportato.

J'ai de l'arthrose au genou droit et ce produit aide à soulager la douleur. Parce qu'il est très léger il est très agréable à porter.

I bordi, superiore e inferiore stringono troppo, mentre la parte centrale è un tessuto leggero che non ha alcuna forza di compressione.

Die Bandage passt perfekt. Der Stoff ist angenehm und bequem. An der Preis/Leistung habe ich nichts auszusetzen.

Maintien léger et parfait.
