The headphones were delivered promptly, and with enough charge to test them.Pairing with my iPhone was quick and straightforward. The quality of sound is much better than I was expecting with good tone and bass. The instructions are basic but sufficient. Also included are a small carry case, a charging cable and spare ear buds. For the price, these headphones are good value and I would certainly recommend them. ### ⭐⭐⭐ UPDATED REVIEW Great Customer Service *by H***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 December 2018* Best set of wireless headphones I have tried in 3 years. Always been dissapointed with the "Sweatproofing" or the battery life or the comfort fit. These have ticked all the boxes and still going strong 3 months down the line.SPOKE TOO SOON...………… Only 4 months in and the right earbud has GONEWHY WHY WHY are these so difficult to make robust. Not worth trying for refunds or swaps so I have gone for a new pair of completely wireless and spent some £50.00 this time Fingers crossed.Further to the review Customer services are FANTASTIC, they have read this review and contacted me with options of a replacement or refund. I accepted the refund,(already replaced) and as good as their word. So if your headset goes wibble contact them first. Many thanks ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I retract any negative i said *by E***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 January 2019* If you want a great quality bass in an earphone for a very good price this is the one. Very happy with this until i had technical difficulties but with great customer care and their trust in their product. But with the problem solve i can now again enjoy the full bass sound of this great priced earphone. Recommendation 5star. C.C.S. 5star.
