Well the product is amazing and it actually does what it claims. I've been using it since few days and did not find a single issue with it. Purchased it after going through many reviews. The e- demo was pretty straight forward and they took time to clear all the doubts.Now coming to the robo part. It's very nice looking and sensors all over for what not what all, looks like a UFO from outer space...jokes apart it cleans and mops very well my 1200 SFT flat. The noise levels are really low for something so powerful and it moves faster than most in the market, trust me I've seen other demos. It's very durable and motors are quite string since I've noticed it pushing my wooden stool with its head lol.To add to it the best part is support since Eureka Forbes service centres are everywhere.Well I made the right choice...Would recommend to go for it; oh more more thing...couple it with smart life app and watch it work wonders

After much research, I finally bought the Eureka Forbes Lvac Voice NUO. Why I chose this:1) It's customer service is very proactive (at least I did not face any issues).2) Got a physical demo before purchasing the product, which most of the other companies fail to provide.3) It cleans really well. Even the mopping isn't bad.4) It works silently so there is absolutely no noise when it is cleaning the house. Also, controlling it when I am not at home works well.5) Value for money. It was cheaper compared to other productsWhile there are positives, there are also a couple of negatives because of which I have given it 4.5 and not 5 stars.1) The app didn't work on my apple phone. Tried serval times but it failed to work. So I had to install it on an android phone2) The app to be downloaded that was mentioned in the instruction manual is different from what actually needs to be downloaded. So that is something which needs to be rectified by the company.3) At times it gets stuck on door mats. So this because a problem, especially when you are trying to operate the robot from work.4) No remote. While no company provides remotes, it would be better to have one, especially, if there are senior citizens in the house who are not tech savvy. It is more convenient for them.5) Only 1 brush. I think Eureka Forbes could add another brush for better cleaning. Not that it doesn't clean well with the single brush, but I feel if there were 2, it would have been faster and much more efficient.Saying this, I would still recommend this product mainly because of the customer service. While many foreign brands do not have their presence in India, those who have their customer service isn't as effective. But Eureka Forbes is known to be serving customer for several years and their after sales service is efficient, which is the key factor.

I bought the Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner a couple of months ago, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. Right out of the box, I encountered multiple issues. The suction power is ridiculously weak, barely picking up dust and debris, whether on carpets or hard floors. It’s unbearably loud, and the build quality feels cheap and flimsy — like it’s ready to fall apart at any moment. To top it all off, it has now completely stopped working.But the real nightmare started with customer service. I reached out for help, only to be told by email support that my contact number didn’t match their database, so they couldn’t assist me, despite providing the invoice as proof of purchase. However, when I logged into their website using the same phone number, everything was fine. Even the customer care team over the phone confirmed that my number matched their records. Yet, the problem remained unresolved.It’s been over three weeks since the service technician visited my home, and the issue is still not fixed. This level of incompetence and neglect is beyond frustrating.It’s clear that Eureka Forbes has zero regard for its customers or the quality of their products. I deeply regret wasting my money on this vacuum cleaner. Don’t make the same mistake I did — steer clear of this brand! There are far better alternatives out there that offer reliable performance and, most importantly, real customer service.

I got what I wanted! It cleans every inch. You don’t have to monitor how it is going around once you clear wires, tissue papers, ropes or stuff like that.Mapping capability is great. My most liked feature - You can define the area that you want to clean or don’t want. It collects fine dust too.I didn’t face any initial setup issues or mapping issues. I use it with Alexa. Just ensure that you fully charge it before first mapping. I suggest you select quiet mode during first mapping so that it won’t drain battery. It consumed 30% battery for covering 70 sq meters in 60 minutes. Better to remove dining chairs or too many furniture legs in the first mapping exercise.I will update after I use mop feature.Buy without hesitation.

I have waited to buy this kind of product for the past 4 years especially between 2020 and 2021 the reason is seniors, children and pet in the house. For starters with the help of web based manual it was easy to assemble the product and app to get the product working. Checked the noise level it’s not so so quiet but quieter than usual vacuum cleaner other than the sound of the product manoeuvring around furniture, it’s a” yes” you can sleep to its humming sound. The first time mapping requires time and patience’s. The machine will look all worn out but don’t worry just clean the sensors along the rim and it’s good to go. For now the product is good since I have decided to use it only for vacuuming and not for mopping. Will remember to post another review once the product is settled in to its full capacity but for now it’s worth the buy.
