Q: What size overalls will fit a 12 year old that's 86.6 pounds at 4'58 in tall?

Not sure. But they do run small around waist. Bought my Grandson 3 different sizes. All of them still fit the same in the waist. Had to send them all back. Didn't try anymore.

Q: I'm 5'6 ,130 lbs. will the 16 fit

I don't think so. My son is almost 9. 4'6 and 75lbs and I had to get him the 14

Q: Niece wears girls 14-16 and another one wesrs women's 4. What size bibs should I order?

I would buy the size 16 for the 14/16 niece but the size 4 could do better with a junior size bibs -

My daughter is 85 lbs and 5 ft tall, I bought these for her, they are perfect, yes, I'd recommend a larger size for you.
