Absolutely fantastic mug. As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to treat my fiancé to it. The humour on it is perfect and I love the personalization aspect; with the seller adding names & having a nice range of kitten colour combinations to choose from. It's dishwasher friendly too which is great! My emails were quickly responded to, customisation carried out & the cup was in my hands in a few days. - They were very prompt in making/sending it out to me! I bought this mug as a present. I had no issues with communicating the personalisation required and everything was perfect. The quality of the mug feels really nice and weighty. It has been through the dishwasher with no issue so far. I was amazed with the speediness of delivery, despite it being close to Christmas and the fact that they had emailed to let me know they were quite busy, it arrived in time and in perfect condition. Recently received the mug I ordered and am very pleased with the result. I had sent a photo and email description of how I would like the cat images to be altered to match my own two cats. Dom did a fantastic job. Would definitely advise anyone debating whether to order this — go for it! You won’t be disappointed.

Mug was as expected quick and reliable service

Bloody brilliantly done . They didn’t have cats similar to the ones I wanted . so I sent them picture of the two cats and they made a new design for them . Present was well received . It’s been a while now as well and it’s been thru the dishwasher a 100 times and still looks brand new .

I was really pleased with this mug, it is a gift for someone who is really difficult to buy for but loves his cats.It is lovely quality and having the cats names on it is such a personal touch and the message is on both sides of the mug, that is not a feature I have seen on other mugs
