The kids love the Sprocket!
I feel like this machine has been worth it's price tag! Obviously the need to continue buying the printer paper can get high in cost, but the machine itself is great! It is truly easy to use, easy to connect to the internet and the children (at our church) really enjoy the selfies!

Missing items.
Sent me a used one. Missing frames, printer photo paper, and screen protector. Very disappointed.

Very Little Internal Storage Without the Ability to Expand.
First and foremost, this does not come with much internal storage or the ability to expand the memory. The photo booth is nice but I did expect clearer pictures for the price. I ordered the bundle with the case specifically for the ability to sling it over my shoulder while carrying many items. It does not in fact have the sling strap, or in the picture, backpack type sling. It only has a handle at the top. I am disappointed that the picture is misleading in regards to the strap.

Came used, but even then, the product software is trash
Ordered the bundle, and as soon as it arrived it was clear it had been used and resealed. Booting it up there were images present, the software was in a different language and an account was registered.No real blemishes, so I simply factory reset and moved on. The problem is, the device's software is just trash. It's super slow (as are the prints) and buggy. It kept asking me to install an update and it kept failing. It won't generate QR codes for people to share, and often gives wifi errors. Tapping the wifi button usually gives you a black screen forcing you to hard restart it.Not worth it for the price.

Lo devolví, no cumple porque no se actualiza el software y no se puede trabajar……ya hace 37 días que solicité la devolución y no me han reembolsado
