Keeps our child safe and secure
Excellent product. Our son is Autistic and a very good escape artist. We have installed these window restrictors on all of our windows safe in the knowledge he can not climb out and be in danger. Very easy to install and great service!

Great product
Great product! Didn't have a drill so I heated a nail and melted holes in the window frame and it worked great. It's sturdy and I liked that the screws were long as it gave me peace of mind.

3 out of 4 ain't bad
Easy to install if you look at the pictures in this ad and not the instructions. The instructions indicate that the keyed part should go on the frame not the door.. 3 out of the 4 in the pack release with the key the other is just jammed entirely. I hope this doesn't happen to the rest in an emergency. Edit: The alignment of the barrel was slightly out preventing the key from entering. I adjusted with a narrow screw driver.

Very sturdy
Really good product. Very sturdy which gives great reassurance with a toddler in the home. Great value also. Would definitely recommend

Does the job but not that good quality control
Got a 4 pack and installed 2 so far, I had to file around 1mm off the non locking end as the metal end to the cable stuck out too far and prevented screwing flush to the window frame. Apart from that they seem OK. [Update Nov 2016] The metal cap that covers the end of the wire on the locking part has fallen off one of 4 I purchased, the seller has sent a replacement with no issue. I note on the replacement the end of the wire that I mentioned I had to file is already cut shorter on this one so didn't foul fitting flush out of the packet.

A must
I initially got a pack of 4 just to be sure they were right. They were and now I have them on every window in the house. With two young children, these give me so much peace of mind, not just for keeping the kids safely in; but also keeping people out! My husband fitted them and he’s a fab hand with DIY and didn’t have any problems. One key fits all and you get a key for each latch so that’s a plus. Once fitted, they are really strong. My main recommendation for fitting these is to put them at the base of your windows, purely because they are less noticeable and if you have blinds, they are less likely to get in the way.

Great value,safety and easy to install
2 sizes of screws included so caters for different thicknesses of frame. Very easy to put in although recommend you have a good 2min drill bit manufacturer. Finished article looks tidy. Great value and great safety .

Difficult to install
No idea why people are saying this is easy to install - probably the same sort of people that review a product before using it or respond to a question when they don't know the answer. The metal bit of the smaller part is extremely difficult to get out of the plastic bit, yet that's necessary to be able to screw it in. Utterly ridiculous
