The key is to follow the directions. I buffed my nails up using the 180 grain file they give you and did this for about 10 min. Then carefully applied only on my nails. Waited for 5 min and used the triangle head nail cuticle thing they give you. Gently scraped the gel remover off and washed my hands. Did these steps another time and it is completely off of my nails! I didn’t have to use a dremel or anything.
