Just the right amounts of salt. poppy and Sesame seeds, onion and garlic. Meant to add to the shmeer on you’re bagel. I works on all flavors except Cinnamon Raisin, even Bialys if you’re lucky enough to live in an area which even knows what a bialy is, not so much in Tucson AZ. You can add to buttered toast, sandwiches whatever you like to eat. Buy this although it’s pennies more than the brands which don’t understand the product they’re making, no salt , no gluten, no more. Buy this it’s great. After you try it tell what’s better - Thompson’s or something similar but not enough… Review: Added to salads it gives a dimension of flavor - My husband was on a weight loss program which had boxed entrées, and required him to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables; a serving is one cup, except a serving of leafy greens is three cups. I was making him large salads everyday and I used this with various specialty vinegars on his salad and he loved it. He lost 30 pounds and even though we went on vacation for a month he's kept the weight off and even dropped a few more pounds. It's the little things!

Stop everything and buy this
I’m an everything seasoning connoisseur and hands down, this is the best seasoning I’ve had. The proportion of onions and garlic are so good. Sometimes I just eat it straight out of the jar b it top it on some bread and your mouth will be in heaven.
