PROBLEM DOWNLOADING WIN UPDATE1803
There is no disc space to update, you have to add micro s.d and 500 g b drive, the problem then is to initialise them to download updates. Still trying, no matter what I do still get message "free up space to allow update of 1803 for win 10.On 6th attempt now.

good wee laptop
This is a good wee laptop, quite light to carry, easily set up, but one thing caught me out. the @ key appears over the number 2. I have come across this on computers abroad, so I wasn't concerned; however it didn't work. It wasn't until I tried the usual key , above the apostrophe that it worked. So it is in it's normal spot. This might help others.

Easily broken.
Not great they break on the hinges fairly quickly.

Dreadful
One of the worst performances I have ever had from a laptop. In spite of adding 500gb internal drive, the speed is still abismal. Can’t even watch a short video without the system crashing every single time. Bought it for my children to do their online homework and can’t even do that without crashing every time you go online. Complete waste of money.

Poor delivery.
Seems good. But it came with a large crack in the screen. Rendered it not useable.

Expect to spend on memory increase,otherwise it's not bad.
Not enough memory can not even download all windows 10 updates also no indication that it is charging battery unless it's switched on.

Good for start up
Great piece of kitNeeded a fairly simple and straight forward laptop for work relatedThis has all features needed without the expensive price tagIt comes with additional hard drive compartment where u could install one if you wish toI did not as I don’t feel the need for my purposeHas all ports needed included rg45, as card and all necessary ones required for day to day use

Barely functional
The laptop just randomly shuts down and parts keep falling off, the ethernet port didnt work and there is not enough memory to do even the most basic of tasks, combined with the fact that the laptop cant deal with word processing it is entirely useless
