I’ve had a stiff neck for a few weeks now which caused a sore shoulder/top of my back too. While waiting for osteo appointment I purchased these. It does get rid of my backache which is great. It gets very hot like a burning sensation. I don’t mind it cause I rather that than the muscle pain plus it definitely penetrates deep to sore areas. I tend to take the patch off after about two hours. It does mark the skin red which is visible even days after but it doesn’t hurt or itch so I’m not worried about that.

Tried patch on my neck and on my hip my neck was burning had to take it off because it made me really hot and made my neck all red my hip was really bad I left it on for a shower I had to rip it off as it felt like id severely burnt myself and it was reacting to the water I then couldnt put any water on it at all because the pain was awful maybe thats just my skin I don't no wont be using rest though on the up side there extremely sticky which would been perfect for me

Bit disappointed as didn't do anything at all. Nerve damage in my back and causes immense pain. Did nothing. No heat at all. To get it off, do it slowly. Do not rip off quick like a plaster - you'll lose skin. Slowly still hurts but not as bad.

Easy to apply, does quite a good job , doesn’t last 12 hrs , but still eases pain for several hours
