Love this tea, it has good flavour and does seem to help me calm down and relax. I’m often up in the night so have one of these and I’m able to go back to bed and sleep. Worth it I’d say

何か香りが…香料がきつすぎて、ちょっと無理でした。カモミールってこんなんだったっけと、自分の嗅覚を疑ったくらい。好みは分かれそうです。

Lovely tea that needs no sweetener

バニラの香りもよくおいしくいただきました。近くのお店にはカモマイルがなかったのでこちらで注文いたしました。

有機なので安心ですし、お味も香りもよいです。イライラしたりホルモン異常のときに飲みます。自律神経に作用するのか、気持ちが落ち着きよく眠れます。あくまで私個人の感想です。
