A must have if you keep your vehicles as long as we do.
MOA is a great supplement and definitely one of my favorites. When my Dodge Ram started burning oil and I hadn't realized it, I quickly took it to the mechanic when I heard a horrible ticking noise that I hadn't heard before. I was 3, almost 4 quarts low and he said he was sure I had done some engine damage. After a fresh oil change, and another can of MOA, the engine was good as new and the tick was gone. Without MOA, I probably would have fried the engine. I also love the Liqui Moly additives couples with the MOA. My RAM is quickly approaching 300,000 on the original HEMI motor and our Jeep Commander is at 275,000. Although I'm insistent on high quality synthetic oils, I always give credit where it's due on these supplements and I add these on every oil change.

Great stuff!
Great stuff! This was first given to me by the owner of a body shop, who buys it for his personal use by the case. He had taken my car out several times for a test drive. I guess he thought it could benefit from it and it significantly quieted the engine down. It also definitely seems to run smoother now. The car recently turned 100,000 miles, so I was looking for something to help engine life. It has a Norstar V8 engine using Mobil 1 5W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil . So, I bought some of this for myself. I plan to use this with every oil change from now on as the mechanic recommended. Since I was very satisfied with this, I also bought a trial can of BG 44K Fuel System Cleaner based on the reviews.

From what I hear...BG is good stuff!
Yeah...I am "that guy"....I will justify buying a $10 container of fluid I add to other fluid to make the combination of fluids BETTER! I have tried a NUMBER of oil treatments, and I can't honestly tell you if they work....Unless you are in a 100% controlled environment, it's REALLY tough to measure effectiveness of products like this. I can promise you....a NUMBER of reviews on oil/fuel additives are based on the "placebo" effect! You could add WATER to some peoples oil and they will leave 5*'s stating it changed their lives! All I can say is I have heard good things about BG products...and I thought I would try this in my "new" (used) F350 to keep it as fresh as long as I can. I DO believe things like "dry start up" and city driving can affect your oil, and I am betting everyday products DON'T give you the protection of some of these additives...so...for me....it's worth a shot....I am not going to give 5*'s as I can't honestly tell you if this works....but I will leave 4*'s as if it wasn't worth 4*'s...I would not be buying it..... Good luck out there!

It worked for me and gets a lot of praise from the experts.
As a mechanically minded person I generally don't expect products like this to work. After three very different and equally reputable repair shops recommended MOA as well as 44k I gave it a shot. Vehicle is a 1991 Mercedes 560sel 5.6L dual overhead cam v8. Previous owners did not care well for the car and at 150k it developed a lifter tick when cold. Although I didn't dig into the engine i've been told that this is usually due to clogged oil passages not giving adequate lubrication and if not addressed the head(s) would need to be rebuilt. I didn't follow the directions exactly on this product. Having about 1000 miles on good synthetic oil and the lifter ticking away every morning, I added MOA to see what would happen. Over a period of 4 days and 120 miles the cold ticking slowly faded and eventually stopped. Only on the coldest of mornings (below freezing) does the ticking briefly come back. I cannot say that MOA will fix all motor problems, but I was lucky enough to gain some effective and simple relief to this particular issue. I plan to keep using MOA and would recommend you at least give it shot and see what happens. Some advice I gained from experts on this product - It tends to work better with dino oil than synthetic, but good either way. - Do not use it as a lubrication for engine assembly or break in oil, its stupid slick and will not allow rings and such to seat properly.

Helps with a Subie
My brother who is a master mechanic got me using this product at first, now it’s hard to find at the stores unless you go to a dealership. My Subaru was gobbling up oil, grant it, now it’s over 100k miles now, but I used it before on another car. So, when I noticed this car burning oil, I started using this again, it doesn’t burn oil as fast at all and the car still runs very smooth, no slipping gears or anything.
