Very pleased with this as we do a lot of travelling

Extremely disappointed. the listing is highly misleading: it advertises a travel-ready set with three adapters and a carry-case, but none of these were included—just the power bank and a USB-C cable. This makes the wall-charging feature useless for me here in the UK.

For the all-in-one portability and functionality I would have given this device 5 stars, it really does the job.However, it is huge, weighty and comes in a storage/travel case that is bigger than my hairdryer!Such a shame because there are much smaller charging hubs out there

Cannot believe the high quality of this battery back! The travel case is awesome and the options to use the wireless or cord to recharge my phone is great. This is easy to carry in my purse or backpack and am looking forward to using it on our family trip to Paris next month!

I've taken this power bank on over 10 international trips now, and it's been super reliable every time. What I love most is how fast it charges and how easy it is to power up multiple devices at once—no need to carry a bunch of different adapters! It’s seriously made packing a lot simpler. One small thing to note: because it’s a bit heavy, it can sometimes slip out of certain wall outlets, but using a desk or floor outlet solves that easily.Overall, it’s a great product—faster, more reliable, and no overheating compared to other external batteries I’ve used. I want to like this battery, but I think you are being scammed if you buy one unfortunately.I used this for a year and now it’s unusable because I fear it will burst into flames at any moment. It ballooned up until the case actually blew open… see the picture if you don’t believe me.Save your money and try a different brand. I’m currently keeping this in a metal bucket until I can get it safely disposed of so I’m not in fear of this battery burning down my home.… for what it’s worth. I did like the functionality this came with when it did work.
