Excellent quinoa that I’ve already reordered. I make quinoa hot to eat and also make cold quinoa salads a lot during the summer. Quinoa is a complete protein with all amino acids, which is great. Of course, how you make it and what you add for flavor makes a difference. I make a batch in my rice cooker. Cook once, eat multiple times!

Excellent. Prewashed and organic. Great flavor. I use it as cooked grain but also find it blends as a flour into other baked goods. It does make them heavier but enhances the flavor and protein. Grind it in a food mill. I recommend 1/4 cup to 2 or 3 cups of flour (reduced by the 1/4 cup).

We have this regularly and it can be used creatively in all kinds of recipes - even protein bars! It tastes good and blends well with anything!

I really like Viva Naturals Organic Quinoa! It’s not bitter at all, which is a big plus compared to other brands I’ve tried. My sister bought me a bag of this brand of quinoa and I loved it. I ran out and ordered from the same company. I eat quinoa almost every day. It's great because I can change the flavor by adding coconut oil, mushrooms, different seasonings, etc. The price is great and I love that it is a bigger bag and lasts quite awhile. It is a one to two ratio when cooking. One part quinoa and two parts water. I always make extra so I can dish some up to make a quick meal.
