Hard to say because body style plays in. My kiddo is 5’0, wears a 33C and weighs about 130 I buy size Medium.

No it does not. It’s the same material all around.

I think if it will make your friend more comfortable in their own body then yes, get it. I would reccomend first looking at a sizing chart, they are easy to find on google and will be more reliable then word of mouth. Personally, im a size 42DD and an XL fits perfectly.
