Pure & Natural Kosher Salt 1.36kg

This salt is far superior to supermarket salt. Recommended to me by my Son-in-Law who is a chef. Its small flakes add beautiful flavour to my cooking, and the taste is so much nicer than regular table salt.

Good quality salt. Lovely clean taste. A bit expensive but worth it.

I read a review recently testing a wide variety of consumable salts. It confirmed this salt as being the purest & free from contaminants. Other brands tested had trace elements of arsenic, lead & heavy metals. This salt is great & has the assurance of being contaminant free 👍

The product is perfect when soaking food in salt (brining). Kosher only refers to the brining process as the salt needs to infuse and not overpower the products it is used on. It should and does podwer in your hand when rubbed. Only downside is price. However, buyer beware of the supplier who sent me a partially soaked box with external crystals formed.

It's salt! Ideal size and grain for cooking or last minute table adjustments, no iodine so you're just getting good ol' salt. Put it in a pinch pot and chuck it in your food, it's good!

What's not to like? Cool and different texture, to start. And yes, a different taste too! You mean salt can taste different? It actually does! Pro chefs use Diamond salt for a reason. Nothing like your mom's old school iodine salts of yesteryear. What else is there to like? Plenty. Healthy salt? How about third-party testing of this salt brand which showed no heavy metals present! Unlike the "pink" salts. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Diamond Crystal. Great price point, too! Get shaking!

Could never find anything but course in the stores. So, glad they had the flakes available on amazon. Large size. Gonna last me a while. Not too expensive. Tastes fresh, good. I took it from box and placed in mason jars for storage and had so many jars filled. Looks and feels just as I'd hoped. Good quality salt. Perfect for my shaker. I use it on everything. Perfect spice. Easy to use.

This is a great product, and I love Kocher salt. The salt granules are flaky, so I can use them in my salt grinder. The taste is wonderful. We stick to this brand due to its high rating and our confidence in the product. Of course, we have to supplement with iodized salt occasionally, but for gourmet cooking, we strictly use Diamond Kocher Salt.

Diamond Crystal is the GOAT, and these flakes are perfect for finishing.
