 This isn't a lock you'll use in a permanent place, like on your shed door, because it has a limited battery life. But it is not really designed for that purpose. As a lock to take with you for the locker at the gym or with a chain to lock up your bike on a ride it's great. IT works surprisingly well as I guess it uses the same fingerprint sensor technology which has been used, and perfected, in mobile phones for a long time now.The app is available on the Google Play store and is in English contrary to what the comments for the app suggest.If you are thinking "a bluetooth padlock with a finger print sensor to unlock... sounds complicated...." don't worry, once you load up the app it guides you through a simple process of connecting to the lock, then scanning your fingerprints. After that you are ready to go.

After a spectacular failure of a previous similar lock, I was hopeful of this being successful. Unfortunately NOT. I WAS LOCKED OUT4 times as it failed to open. The battery was dead after only 24 hours in use. Not good when you can’t open your own back gate. The battery inside the lock would just not hold a charge for any length of time and so became unreliable and obsolete. RETURNED. very unhappy with the lock after reading some good reviews. You just can’t have a lock so unreliableAfter the review above I was contacted by the seller who was extremely helpful. They sent me another lock to try out.I have now changed my mind. The new one works perfectly well, so far no problems. I can only say that the service I received was excellent, anyone can have a faulty product but now I am pleased to recommend

 I'm impressed with this. We use day lockers at work and this is a great solution as it means I only need to bring the padlock on my bike and not worry about a key. It feels like a good, secure padlock. It arrived fully charged and took a couple of minutes to download the app, connect the lock via bluetooth and add a couple of my fingerprints. I also added my daughters for testing purposes.It has never failed to open for me or my daughter. There's a little light above the sensor that turns purple when it's sensing and blue when open, with a reassuring click. Much quicker than finding a key or fiddling with a combination. You can also unlock it with the app if you need to.I've been using it for a week and the battery is still at 93% so I'm happy with that. I haven't had to charge it yet so not sure how long it will take, but if I only need to do it evrey couple of weeks that'll be fine. As others have said this is not for a shed or similar where you won't be keeping on top of the charging and will end up finding it out of juice, but for a gym locker or toolbox it is ideal; secure and simple.There's no doubt it's a gadget and nobody needs a fingerprint padlock, but it works and has definite uses and looks pretty cool too.

This is a very sturdy keyless lock. You download the app onto your mobile and then connect to the lock via Bluetooth. The instructions are easy to follow and the app also has audio instructions for you to register your fingerprint. It really does work and saves having to remember the code on digital locks or find keys.It also has a usb cable in case of emergency should the battery run low.

 The biggest problem when locking something away in the gym or swimming pool is always: where do I leave the key? With this fingerprint lock I never have to worry again. It’s extremely well build out of aluminium and hefty enough to keep the casual thieves at bay. The lock pairs with an app via BlueTooth which is painless and quick and can store up to 15 fingerprints. Great to lock your gate and only let your kids in the yard. The battery is supposed to last a month which might not sound like enough but even when it’s out of battery, you can recharge it via the USB C hub. It’s waterproof (there’s a YouTube video out there where they dunk it in a glass of water) but don’t forget to wipe the sensor when it’s wet. Great little gadget that will save a fortune in lost keys.

Really useful gadget and very secure. The padlock itself is made of a strong mental which would require a huge amount of force to break. To unlock it , you must link your fingerprint with a simple app and from their it works flawlessly without issue. So far I've used it at the gym and with my bike, all with no issues whatsoever.I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

The padlock uses the same fingerprint recognition system as on mobile phones, and the set up is quite similar as well, you will need to press your finger from different angles for it to remember, just make a note of which finger you used!The battery lasts for about a month, but even if you forget to charge it you can always connect to power bank to make it work again.The padlock feels well made and on a slightly heavier side I would say, hopefully won't be easy to break it if anyone ever tries.I am using mine on a bicycle chain, and so far no issues on a rainy day.

I've tried a number of these locks from other companies and this is by far the most reliable and simple to use. The app for your phone is basic but it does the job and is easy to navigate the settings you need. I've had this on my shed for about 3 and a half weeks and the battery is still at 95%, so you definitely get more out of this battery than the claims. I have mine, my wife's and daughters fingerprints set on the lock and it unlocks every time for all of us. Very reliable and sturdy product and I thoroughly recommend it.
