Review: Fab ! - These are used in Spain all the time and can be bought the same as an air freshener in all the Supermarkets . These are the only ones we can find in this country which we really dont understand as they are so convenient and good . Its also annoying that we can order a Starter kit with one Spray in it , but then we are unable to buy the Refills as desertcart wont send those to our address !
Review: Indicators on a submarine cones to mind! - No stars for the absolutely useless product, it doesn't work at all, they contents of the spray are only good for damaging your furniture if it lands on it. I have a big greasy type stain on my table that despite every method used it won't go away. The response from the company who sells it is that as it's past it's 30 day return date!!! No concern for the customer whatsoever and a blatant don't care. In my personal opinion I would think twice on buying anything from this company as their after sales is atrocious. The actual spray that is emmited from the device doesn't work at all, not a blind bit of difference to the amount of flies that have been entering my home, so wether you are buying a refill or a new automatic unit think very carefully about it.

**Q: what does it smell like? is the smell strong?**
A: Thank you for your enquiry. This product isn't an odourless product, however it also isn't scented. The solvent will have a normal faint aerosol smell (from the natural Pyrethrins). I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further queries.

**Q: Cluster flies. hi, i know i’m going to get an infestation of cluster flies later in the year. does this work on cluster flies if i put it in the loft?**
A: Thank you for your query. I can confirm this will kill cluster flies on contact / when they make contact with the aerosol. Please ensure the aerosol is not positioned near nay naked flame or gas boiler in the loft. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any further queries.

**Q: How long is the spray duration? - can it be adjusted?**
A: There are 3 options, unfortunately I never got to that point as the sprays didn't work.

**Q: Is it dog friendly?**
A: It's supposed to be animal friendly - however, that requires that it actually works... still waiting for mine to get rid of the flies LOL
