The motor only turns for one gear rotation when put in the sun. i have rebuilt the body module assembly 3 times, and the issue persists. how to fix?

Do take note that all extra plastic edges need to be trimmed off to facilitate the movement of the final creation. Any extra plastic edges would immobilize the end product.
