So far so good!
So far these have changed my and my husband's gut already! We have had better appetite management, feel less bloated, and seem to have more energy. They are easy to swallow too.

My stools smell like they did when I was young and healthy
I'm only 2 weeks in since I started. I take it with my regular scoop of prebiotic (Chicory Root, Acacia Fiber, Inulin & Soluble Fibers) + 8 oz of plain, unsweetened cultured low-fat milk kefir. Sometimes I pour the powder from the capsules into the shake and mix. The gelatin capsules dissolve pretty quickly in your mouth. It doesn't matter how you take it. After a week, I noticed my stools smell like they did when I was young and healthy - they smell normal. I'm taking that as the biggest sign that the Akkermansia Probiotic works. I haven't noticed any joint benefits or weight loss, but I'm only 2 weeks. I ended up getting a subscription for it.

It’s starting to work
I have been using this product for about a week and noticed that it’s taken about 5 days to work effectively. I like that it’s helping with appetite control. Helping with joint health as I really enjoy exercising more. I haven’t noticed any side effects. It seems to help me for better sleep but it’s early to be sure of this.

Consistent product
I’ve tried others that upset my stomach but this brand does not. After using it a couple months, I totally noticed my appetite decline where I fill up faster. My “poo quality “ has also improved along with better regularity. I didn’t have much weight to lose but without really trying, I’m down about 17 lbs. since I began using akkermansia. I am 69 years old, previously convinced I’d never lose weight again.
