I’m a big tea person, however, I was nervous about the taste due to other reviews. Personally, I enjoyed the flavor it’s not a very strong tea, the flavor is kind of weak, so I would brew two tea bags at once to try to enhance the flavor then mix it with a little honey or maple syrup and it became one of my favorite teas. As far as lactation help I will give this tea all the credit because I went from barley pumping 0.5 ounces from both sides to pumping 4 ounces each side, but beware this tea does make your armpits stink a little extra because of the fenugreek.

This company makes amazing products. This tea is delicious and works.

I have loved this tea for months, but the latest boxes I received were bland and did not have the same freshness or taste as any previous orders.I inspected the box and the packaging and it also looks slightly different from what I normally receive. Not sure what's going on, but I sent it back because it doesn't taste normal (quality) and I believe I may have received a counterfeit item (ugh), even though I purchased directly from the Earth Mama storefront.

Certainly amps up milk production for me. Hope it works for you too!

I've tried all the teas for breast milk and this tastes the best by far. I add a black tea bag too and love the mix!
