Hello, when the recording device has insufficient space, the recording light will continue to show a blue light upon opening, making it impossible to record. In this case, you need to connect it to an Android phone or a computer (PC/MAC), back up the files to the computer, and delete unnecessary files. Resetting will not delete the files. Below is the method to turn on voice activation, Windows and Mac computers are set up differently, please see the manual for details, this video is about how to set up a mac computer.
About mac computer:
1.After the voice recorder is turned off , use the usb cable to connect to the computer (wait 20-40);
2. Copy [MRECSET.TXT] to the desktop, open it and modify the number behind Vor (Vor:0 to Vor:1); Save it.
3. Delete [MRECSET.TXT] on the recorder, copy the modified [MRECSET.TXT] on the desktop to the recorder.
4. Turn on the voice recorder with one key, then it will record in voice-activated mode

About Windows computer:
1. After the voice  recorder is turned off , use the usb cable to connect to the computer (wait 20-40);
2. Open MRECSET.TXT file, change the number after Vor (Vor:0 to Vor:1); save.
3. Turn on the voice  recorder with one key, then it will record in voice activated mode.

Attention:
1. Voice activation is off by default, you need to refer to the manual to connect to the computer to turn on this function.
2. Voice activation will pause the recording when it is quiet or whispering, so it is not recommended to turn on the voice activation on important occasions, you may miss the sound that can not be captured due to low decibel.
3. Recording files with names beginning with "V" are those in voice activation mode, and those beginning with "R" are those in normal mode.

Hello, please try the following methods:
1、Before connecting to the computer, turn off the voice recorder and place it steadily without pressing any buttons.
2、Wait for about 20-30 seconds (due to the computer system and driver versions, it may take some time to read large memory).
3、If the computer lacks drivers and is unable to recognize any devices, please Google "download computer drivers".
4、Try changing the computer port or plug in and unplug the recorder several times.
