جودتها حلوه و عمليه و صوتها مقبول جدا هاديه كثير و سرعتها اشوفها جدا مناسبه لاستخدامي و في معلومه قالو لي عليها وقت التركيب يجي معاها علبه زيت لازم تقصها من فوق العلبه نفسها و داخل الغطا عشان تفتحها و كل شهر تزيتها تحت السير بضبط ست نقط على الاطراف اللي تخت السير

I have both Garmin Forerunner 965 watch and Garmin pro plus chest strap which accurately read heart rate using ECG, so when combined these with the Trademill i got the maximum benefit. This Trademill is not accurate in calculating distance nor calories burned that’s why i have the above mentioned collection, but it is doing the job fairly with regard to its price. It has very good motor with wheels to move it around and hydraulic to automatically grab the trademill down to the floor, also has a good preconfigured programs for training, and the most awesome it has a massage capability and handle bars for doing core strengths. I recommend this trademill for beginners, and for people with tight budget. Also i recommend it for advanced users and athletes if combined with chest strap to accurately calculates the heart rate, distance, and calrie burned. I give it 4.5/5 The support team are active and helpful give them 5/5 (answered me directly and within 5 minutes, fantastic)
