Easy to swallow
During the hot weather I suffered from fluid retention, despite drinking plenty of water nothing seemed to help and I didn't want more prescribed meds from my doctor. I checked there was no contradictions in taking these capsules along with my usual prescribed meds and tried them. Within a week the fluid retention eased and swollen feet and lower legs had almost returned to normal. I still drink as much water as I can during the day and have reduced the capsules from 3 per day to 2, all seems to be working OK and no adverse side effects..

Does exactly what it says it will do on the package.
Excellent product. Does exactly what it suggests it will do as a treatment to counter water retention. Dandelion plants have been used for this since time immemorial and this product is no exception.
