I use mine for low heat, cooking mostly and love it
Have owned green pans over the years. They are excellent for me for low heat cooking. Extremely nonstick can make the perfect omelette in one.

Great quality. Very non-stick. Easy clean up.
Perfectly level so they make great contact with my stove top. They have handled high heat searing of meat very well with clean up being as easy as wiping with a paper towel (though I used a soft sponge with soap afterwards anyway). Pretty lightweight so no stress on my old wrist joints.

Looks Pretty but didn't last long
I purchased this frying pan in April 2025, mainly using the medium-sized one to toast hash browns for my mom. Unfortunately, I am disappointed because two of the pans have lost their non-stick coating, even though I only cook on the medium heat setting. While I can still use them, they are unsuitable for anything that might stick, and cleaning them has become difficult.

So happy I bought these pans!
I love them. I replaced my dented and scratched pans with these pans. I bought them as Used on Amazon Outlet and got a great price. They didn't come with lids but the lids from my old pans fit. They heat up fast and stay hot so I had to learn to use much less oil and cook at lower temperatures. They clean up so easily! Now if I can find a good deal on some Green Pan pots.
