I cook a lot and I used this for my baked beans. You just need a small amount. It is SO good. The flavor does not taste fake. Everyone at the party raved about the flavor of my beans and it is my favorite secret. This would be good on anything you want to taste like you grilled it.

Hickory Smoke is SMOKEY Good
I think it has a very smoky taste; and, was great in the crock pot with beans. I know the other brand that begins with a "c" is a dollar less but I just wanted to try something new and am delighted. RECOMMENDED.

Quality Liquid Smoke
By far the best liquid smoke I’ve used. Doesn’t taste chemically like the other brands I’ve tried. I used it in a soup and it tasted as if I bbq(ed) my brisket before I added it to my soup. It has a nice strong hickory smoke and has a long shelf like. I will be purchasing more!
