I really like this product. First I had to ask my doctor before using it , and she said it’s okay to , so I started using it as she recommended the lowest dose as 1 pill a day , then at day 3 I was taking 3 pills an hour or even more before meals , by day 5 I started noticing the difference, my appetite is much less , especially when I wake up In the morning I have my coffee around 7-8 am and then I won’t have breakfast till 12 pm . So it’s actually working for me and I’m gonna keep using it .
