Really works
I've had these before and they work as they should. They are very versatile because you can have them really high or if you take a layer off, they make about an inch difference to your height. They don't slip about in your shoes when you walk, and you don't feel them if you put them under the innersole. Great buy, thanks.

Bad experience ever
Not happy with the fact their is only one in sole, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy this because they will be as disappointed as I was seen see they only included and insole for one foot, it’s like going to a show story and only buying the right shoe doesn’t make sense

Gives a huge foot ache
Once placed inside the shoe you may aswell. Forget it. Your heel ends up outside the shoe it's terrible. Placed inside a welly and the thing determined rather fast. Turned into dust pretty much.

It’s useless and unpractical, my husband finds it painful to wear with it despite how he adjusted the layers.
