Have waited a few weeks before reviewing this item as I wanted to see how it performed. I must say I am highly delighted with the product. Like most people that have had a catheter inserted I was fitted with a bag. This was totally inconvenient especially as I was dealing with my disabled wife. This item has meant that I can lead a more or less ‘normal’ life whilst I wait for my prostate procedure. Easy to fit and change. I couple of tips for male users. Wear pants in bed to protect the tube and carry a 1 pint plastic milk carton in the boot of your car if you drive. I find that sometimes I find the urge to pass water and can do so using the empty carton whilst sitting in my car with an old newspaper over my lap to cover what I am doing. If you are in two minds about trying this product do it - life is so much easier without the bag.

Prompt delivery. Well made unit and fitted on tube firmly, no falling off! Seems 100% leakproof so five stars it is.

I love these but I found the lever flips on too easily so I’m leaking everywhere. But I do like how urine flows a bit quicker out of it . Even though the lever is looser I find it easier to turn on and off as I have dexterity problems with my hands. If UGO come up with a better design I’d order again. But overall I like them

The quality is very good. I’ve tried a few different valves but these are the best so far. I use them with my catheter

They work well, come in handy when going out as you don’t need a cumbersome leg bag

No stars for these, the leaver is far too loose. Too easy to catch and then it’s pee all over.

This product changed my life. I was catheterised last year and felt like my life was over. I love going to the gym and wasn’t confident enough to do that with a bag on. I discovered this product and it was neat enough to tuck into my gym shorts meaning I could like a relatively normal life.Just remember to shut the valve when wearing without a bag.

Had 2 "accidents" when wearing shorts and for some reason the valve opened past the resistance and voided my bladder, I sort found a work around by using a piece of velcro around the valve switch to hold the switch in place, not ideal but it gave me back my independence from having to use a leg bag. Brilliant concept

Très pratique pour retrouver une meilleure mobilité qu'avec un sac de jambe, surtout que l'utilisateur est déjà handicapé par ailleurs.Impossible de trouver ce type de matériel en pharmacie .Le seul bémol est le prix
