It's got everything needed to get started with hydroponics. Feels sturdy and leak proof. It is aesthetically decent in design and doesn't look too much like a science project. I thought the water pump was a bit too loud for indoor use. So I swapped it out with a sicce .5 pump and it is silent enough to sit next to my office desk and no one can hear it over calls. The price seems a little high for what you get. However, I have experienced the vertical tower kits in this price range and I feel this growell unit is a better value.

Fairly easy to assemble. Came with one of the 3 LED grow lights broken.

Good Product, but the pump went out on me about 4 months after using it. The pump was not run continuously and was on a cycle. Once the pump stopped, I didn't realize it right away and now I am not sure how the plants will hold up. I have ordered another pump, because I can not get ahold of the company. Really thought the pump would last longer, hopefully the plants survive.

The product works great but there is no customer service and Amazon is not helpful. I tried to find the app information for the smart plug and found an email address. I wrote to them and said it was on Amazon, which it is not.
