I wish I would have discovered flex tools a long time ago, but then I probably wouldn’t have gotten such a great deal and probably wouldn’t have tried them. Every 24v tool I bought( this one from Amazon and several from Lowe’s) are the best power tool of their type I have ever owned. Why Lowe’s decided to stop carrying them is beyond me.

Las herramientas de flex son calidad pura, y este combo es genial. El cargador de las baterías es muy rápido (160W) y se nota. El taladro tiene mucha fuerza y en general es una herramienta muy buena, es una lástima que no haya pas productos de la compañía en México.

Unforgiven
Flex, rejected from Lowes though still available as a product line, this drill definitely didn't disappoint, it has brutal power though I have only used it with aftermarket replacement batteries. It commands a higher price as a professional tool, it is also quite heavy, so for those using drills for continuous use it may not be a first choice, I did not have any major issues with all functions.

Not recommended
It is a fine piece of kit if you can get it to work. It is sturdy and well-built but 24v batteries aren't available in UAE. Batteries are only found in North America (Amazon.com) and can't be delivered to the Middle East. Chargers are only 110-120v (No 220v-240v support) so you will have to procure your step-down transformer if you are in UAE to use them. You should have your batteries and charger before buying this thing. No authorized dealers I know of in UAE. What a shame.

Very impressed stronger than the other major brands in my opinion
We constantly have to drill a large holes tired of the other drills burning through batteries and overheating so far we have been using this drill and it has our performed the other major brands we use the battery life is good built high-quality the charger is fairly quick but a little bit noisy Comes with a nice case looking into expanding into other other products! Glad I took a chance on this company.
