I returned it. It was very comfortable and I did I like it, but I changed my mind about it.

The strap that holds the cushion on the seat is way too small. I have a Honda Civic, which isn't really big in any way, and it does not fit around the seat. The cushion is nice and all, if a bit too bulky. I tried using it, but it really doesn't work in my car at all, both in fit and bulkiness.

I really like this lumbar pillow. Perfect for a smaller size chair and I am have a pretty petite frame. The material is really nice. The memory foam feels like it’s really high-quality. I’ve been using it for at least two months now and it’s holding up really well. I would highly recommend this for Someone who has a small frame and looking for back support.

excellent for long term sitting

The design of this lumbar cushion is perfect in every way; it's comfortable to use, and it does a great job with correcting my seated posture. The memory foam has a zippered case over it that can easily be removed for washing, and the back of this support attaches to your seat with a Velcro strap which can be adjusted for the best fit. I've had this on my office chair for a week so far, and I can confidently say it has noticeably reduced my back and neck fatigue. I look forward to continued comfort while having to sit at my computer, especially for extended sessions!

The good is, it is nice and soft and very comfortable. Nice shape and contour And it includes a strap to hold it in place, even though for my chair, it is a bit too short. It works, but it's short. What I'm mixed about is it takes up a quarter of my chair, which then makes my chair uncomfortable. And my particular chair, I can't move the back to make room for it. Which is a shame, I want to use it and my physical therapist wants me to use it too. I like my chair, and I'm not going to replace it. But, this is a nice quality pillow and I will find a way to use it.
