I use it to store towels ,bedding etc. When l put the box together, l put everything together except the hinges , l had no idea how to put them on.. l now have had this for over 2 years, the lid stands up on it's on so l don't have a problem with it. . so if you want to use the box for childrens toys, you need to get the manufacturer's name from Amazon on your order page you can send the seller a message and request complete instructions. **Q: How long is delivery** A: It is only a few days **Q: will this hold a game of size 36in x 24ins** A: No it's 15in × 37in **Q: Can this box be painted** A: Yes but it is solid wood so you would have to use an undercoat first. , it is a lovely piece of furniture. ## Frequently Bought Together - HOMCOM Wooden Storage Box Clothes Toy Chest Bench Seat Ottoman Bedding Blanket Trunk Container with Lid - Burlywood - Bebeconfort Swivel Bath Seat, 6 - 12 months, Max. 10 kg, Child Bath Support Seat, Bath Seat, Non-Slip Baby Bath Chair, Ergonomical, Suction Cups, color Lime - Ingenuity, Baby Base 2-in-1 Seat, Slate, Booster Chair, Dining and Feeding Seat for Toddlers, Easy to Clean with Removable and Self-Storing Tray, Ages 6 Months+ --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/68180875-homcom-storage-chest-large-114l-blanket-box-100x40x40cm-burlywood](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/68180875-homcom-storage-chest-large-114l-blanket-box-100x40x40cm-burlywood) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
