Around Thanksgiving, I saw a video of RFK Jr. frying a turkey in Brandt Beef tallow. My family had already switched to cooking with tallow and loved the results, but it was difficult to find locally and usually very expensive when we did. I considered ordering directly from Brandt Beef, but the shipping cost was around $60 for two-day air, so I passed. Later, I discovered their Amazon storefront with free shipping and decided to give it a try. The 4-pound tub should last quite a while, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. I’ve been following a carnivore diet, and cooking with beef tallow makes everything taste better. Since starting, I’ve lost 41 pounds and feel healthier than I have in years. What I appreciate most is that there is no chemical odor at all. It simply smells like whatever food I’m cooking, and it has a smooth, easy-to-use consistency. I’m thrilled to have found such a high-quality product at a great price. I’ll definitely be ordering this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium beef tallow.

Love this beef tallow super white no weird smell, makes a great whipped facial cream. I make my husband his own plaque psoriasis cream using essential oils and other natural ingredients. It’s been a game changer for us.

High quality and the texture is smooth, never grainy. The quality is just what I need for my cosmetics and balms. There is no beefy flavor, just quality tallow. The value for the product is perfect.

Note: they were actually very kind and refunded my money. I am now going to reorder, from them since they stood by their product, but this time, will freeze it in cupcake-sized chunks, vacuum-seal them (probably not necessary but it won’t hurt), and thaw as needed. There is so much good testimony out there about tallow, and the cattle industry is under economic siege right now. They need our support! I did like it, very much in fact, until it went rancid four months before the expiration date, having used less than half of the container. Luckily, I learned of the problem before a holiday meal disaster, so am right now cooking a new pot of beans to serve tomorrow at Christmas Eve dinner with enchiladas. The expiration date wasn’t until late April 2026 and it has been sitting in a dark cabinet with an even temperature. Disappointing! If I buy more tallow, it probably won’t be this brand, and I will try freezing vacuum-sealed portions of to use as needed. It gives food a really good taste. .

Perfect for the carnivore diet and amazing flavor! This beef tallow from Brandt Beef is incredible. I used it to season my Blackstone grill, and now I cook almost everything with it — eggs, burgers, and steaks all taste so much better. The texture is similar to coconut oil but a little firmer, and it melts just as easily. It has a super high smoke point, so it doesn’t burn or smoke like butter, and when it turns to oil, it gives food this rich, savory flavor that’s unbeatable. I’m on the carnivore diet, and this tallow makes it so much easier to stick to — everything I cook with it tastes amazing. I’ll definitely be buying more!
