I would give more than 5 stars if i could. I have twins and they fight to go to bed. I have used melatonin and yes, it works but I don't want to give it to them everyday. And when I give them melatonin. It' s not a gradual slowdown. It works so fast and the amount of family time after I give them melatonin is nil. With this? my hyperactive twin 4 yr olds wind down in a more calm fashion. They are ready for me to read them a bedtime story, listen to a bedtime song and then off to sleep they go. They also have less wake up times during the night, if at all, and wake up in a better mood. I find sometimes with melatonin, they wake up cranky. Not so with this supplement. And this worked the first night.. Doesn't take weeks to figure out if it works. It also worked the 2nd time I gave it to them. I plan to use this maybe 2-3 times a week and melatonin once a week. They don't mind the taste. In fact it tastes a bit too sweet but it's just a dropperful so I am not concerned. I did take the same dose as they did on the 2nd night to see what the taste was like. And let me tell you. IT WORKS ON ADULTS. I did not expect it to. The last supplement we tried did not work on me. A brand name of mag supplement I tried marketed for adults, did not work for me. THis brand marketed for children??????? Worked. and Worked well. For the first time in a long time I found myself in a deep sleep. Vivid dreams, but not nightmares . I dreamed of fun things like parachuting and dancing. I usually dream about being at work when I do dream, which isn't restful at all. But this time, I dreamt of things apart from work. I can't guarantee you will have great dreams like mine if you take this but at least this proves it puts you in a very deep sleep where you are able to dream! Bc the dose worked so well on me, I might just give the kids a half drpoperful. I am a little wary bc the full dropper works so well right now. but I am going to see if it works as half. If it doesn't then back to the full dropperful that i know works. Also maybe the kids dose works on me bc perhaps I am deficient in mag or/and the other extras that are in this . That could be why and the dropperful for the kids might be the correct dose for them. But I will see on night 3 if half a droppeful works. if not, not biggie to go back to the dose that 100% works for them. And mommy is going to take a dose with them too!

This review is based on my personal experience. I have a son with ADHD, and he's always very hyperactive at night. Since we started giving him these drops, they've made a huge difference to our nighttime routine. Being liquid, they're very easy to administer and have a very pleasant taste, except when mixed with water, which gives them a slightly bitter aftertaste. But my son takes them perfectly fine without mixing. You can consult your pediatrician if you need something to help you both relax. As for these drops, they truly deserve 5 stars because they really do what they promise; they're definitely worth considering.

This is the most amazing product in existence. I will die on that hill. I was dreading bedtime every night. I’d have to go back up 10-12 times some nights. It was exhausting. I do .25 about 1 hour before bed (my daughter just turned 3) and there’s no fight, no push back. She also cooperates better with brushing her teeth. She doesn’t seem over tired, just relaxed and ready for bed. I think we’re both happier for it. Update - Came back to say that I’ve been using this for about a month and a half now and it still works like a charm. I do a bit less than .25 ml about an hour before bed for my 3 yr old and she will typically tell me she’s ready for bed an hour later. I’ve also noticed a big difference in her daytime behavior. Not nearly as many meltdowns. I think she just needed better sleep. This has been life changing. Best purchase ever.

This is a life saver!!! My toddler is autistic and sleep has always been a struggle but this stuff is amazing! It helps her fall asleep and stay asleep. I couldn’t live without it. She loves the taste of it we just mix it with water 30 min before bedtime.

Absolutely has changed betime for us, no more fighting and crying and making excuses, before it took 1-1/2 hr to finally settle and now it takes 5 minutes and they’re sleeping. Just buy it, so totally worth it!

Best product ever! Relaxes my children and me to get the best nights sleep. Only watch dosing because 1 ml is a little much even for my 11 yr old. I give my children 1/2 of the dosing bubble syringe and I works effectively. So I wouldn't recommend to breastfeeding moms only because risk of magnesium overdose and it gave my baby diarrhea the 1st night I took it and learned this after research. Otherwise 5 star, love this recommend to everyone young and old

My kids love this stuff. I give right before bed (about 25-30 mins before) and it has helped so much. They enjoy the taste. This product has helped my one child who used to take SO long to fall asleep. I only give 1ml to my 6yo 45lb and half ml to my 4yo 38lb. They don’t need more than that for it to help
