Good for straining kefir or for making sour cream
It works as described , the snaller version works better than the bigger one. I have both sizes

Happy with it.
I made kefir cheese, it took a bit longer than it was advertised, but a final product was good.The only problem is that the filter mash got unhooked on one side as shown in the photo, and I don’t know if it will work properly.Would like to add, that the container is glass, so much nicer than the plastic.

niet zo praktisch
de eerste had foutieve zeef. van leverancier kreeg ik heel nieuwe kefirko gratis (kudos to the seller) maar vindt dat het idee goed is maar werkt niet echt beter dan gewoon zelf een kaasdoek en zeef te gebruiken. helaas gebruikt ik het niet meer na 3 pogingen. te veel kefir gaat toch doorheen en wordt een beetje een zootje. too bad!

Gutes Produkt
Da ich schon im Besitz von kefirko kefirmaker bin, wollte ich mich mit dem cheesemaker beschäftigen. Sehr schnelle Lieferung, gut verpackt... Würde jederzeit wieder bestellen. Ein Manko ist leider die Sprache der Anleitung...nur in Englisch....
