Really good stuff. I use it to ward off a cold sore any time I feel one coming on. Within one or two days at most the cold sore it totally gone and never erupted.

This stuff is amazing. I’ve used it for a couple years and it calms issues with my vagus nerve and gives an overall calm feeling. Helps with sleep as well. My sister who has taken OTC drugs as well as rx for sleep for 20 years used it while she was here visiting and couldn’t believe what a difference it made. I waited to write this review until I was able to use it multiple times. I bought this specifically for my terrible migraines at the recommendation of a friend. I am BLOWN AWAY by how this works. I seriously was under the impression that no over the counter or homeopathic thing was ever going to help my chronic migraines. I had tried everything! I would eat whatever anyone told me to eat, drink whatever anyone told me to drink, I would have bungee jumped had someone said it would get rid of my migraines!This is the stuff! It doesnt taste horrible if you mix it with water but it doesnt taste amazing. It takes about 30 minutes to see a difference but boy is there a difference! My husband used it for a headache too and was so happy that it worked. The REALLY bad ones that I've had arent "cured" by this but they are tolerable and mostly gone after one dose and completely gone after two.I am so happy that I have something in my tool belt that actually helps me when I am in so much pain. I'm a stay at home mom so I dont get to lay in bed in the dark and quiet when I get a migraine.

I ordered the option with natural cand alcohol this time, which is awful taste-wise. I've previously utilized the plain lemon, which does go down much easier. I was hoping the alcohol based would be a bit more potent, hence better working, but the effects seem the same. I utilize this product at bedtime with Magnesium to aide in better sleep, and it does the trick. I am a Holistic Therapist and have used and prescribed many supplements to help with sleep patterns; this being one of my go to "natural" methods without side effects and next-day grogginess, that is easily accessed and immediately working.

I had my doubts when buying this product. But it has saved me. I've been having spasms which cause me to constantly have a cough. I took this and it has definitely helped with the spasms. (I've had this cough since I was about 18 years old, and that's been many years ago - I am now 57), so I've lived with this annoying and fatiguing cough that long. I think it works as well, perhaps better than prescription muscle relaxers. So I would suggest, give it a try - if your nerves are frayed with tension buildup it couldn't hurt to try it- I know it worked for me, but I couldn't say what it would do for another person. I only know I suffered for years and I've finally found a product I can rest assure with and relief from the spasms.

I've used various forms of Lemon balm and this Lemon Balm blend is by far my favorite as of yet. The taste is rather nice when mixed with a little bit of water, or right under the tongue is fine as well. This works excellent for calming the nerves and to ease stresses ^_^ . A larger amount though is what I use (a little over halfway up the dropper) , three drops is what I've heard and that just didn't do anything. I've used it a few times throughout the day on hectic stressful days and it's helped a Lot.Excellent merchant as well! This always comes ahead of schedule and well packaged without excess either! A padded envelope which is perfect, not a box for a tiny item which I appreciate too, as it shows they're environmentally friendly too, an added kudo's!

I have two sleep disorders and even though I take sleep meds, I kept waking up in the middle of the night and was getting sicker and sicker and sicker. My doctor was trying to get too fancy with the medications and I was getting worse with each alteration, not better. Then I found this extract (Dr. Oz recommended it) and decided to give it a try. The bottle recommends that you take 15-20 drops, but I can't imagine how anyone can do that. I take 4 drops the same time I take my other sleep medications and now I'm sleeping 7-8 hours a night and am waking up like a normal person does.My husband just started using it too and he only has to take 2 drops. It works so well that he told me to order a couple more bottles so that we won't run out.Hope that helps.

Amazing stuff! Can not believe I finally found something that stops my cold sores. I use this daily and the cold sore never becomes more than a red bump and heals with no scar.I’ve had months of constant cold sores and now have not had an outbreak for 2 months!

This tincture is very good, and has the benefits I wanted. The price is somewhat high when shipping is added, so I’ll likely look for a local supplier.
