This is absolutely amazing! I almost instantly feel calm. I shared with a co worker who had an anxiety attack at work and she was shocked at how quickly her chest stopped racing. Give it a try y’all. IT DOES TASTE GROSS but it’s SOOOO worth it. ❤️

This is just as effective as the pill form I was taking before of much higher dosage (of just Rhodiola) if not even more so! I have a lot of meds and supplements and want to reduce the number of pills I have to take and this makes taking it so convenient. Alone it tastes and smells like a really strong Jäger, water doesn't really dilute it enough to take away the taste. However! If I mix it with any sort of flavored drink, it doesn't have any taste. I keep this in my purse and just add it to whatever drink or tea I'm drinking and it's as simple as that. I work nightshift and I'm convinced Rhodiola is the only thing that gets me through - keeping me alert, awake and focused. I like that this has other herbs that work for the same thing. Keeps my stress and anxiety down so I can just focus. I even have energy after my shifts over from just taking it beforehand, and never a crash. I'm hesitant to even remove a star for the taste because it's so easily masked. 5/5

Great price, and exactlyblike what I buy in the health food stores. This tincture helps my anxiety and times when I’m feeling overstimulated. I’m highly sensitive/empathic and have been using this tincture (and a couple others) as I titrate off pharmaceuticals (with the assistance of my Gp). I take the maximum dose and can tell that my stress responses are not on high alert, and I don’t react to everything around me.

I don’t know exactly how it works, but it sure does. It took 2 days of using it 3x a day to notice a change in my anxiety and random panicky feelings, but ever since it kicked in I’ve felt soooo much better. I was recently put on Buspirone for my anxiety and it kind of worked but not as well as this tincture, and it made me feel like I took a Benadryl which isn’t ideal during the day. Switched to this because I prefer natural remedies, and I never want to be without this tincture again! I also take their motherwort tincture in conjunction with this for an added boost of ~calm~ AND it helps with heart palpitations which I can get during my more panicky episodes. Now that I’ve been taking it for over a week I’ve dropped the dosage down to twice a day and that seems to be working fine. This brand is great!!!

This is one of several homeopathic medicines I use for my anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. This helps with all my symptoms and makes me able to deal with stress much much better.

This blend is good, but I needed more adrenal support than this could provide. However, I think for general support for most people this would work. I wish it didn't have alcohol though. It's tough to get down.
