I had purchase inalsa jazz mixer from amazon. It is Amazing value for money. It just does the job. Grinds well. I made chutney, dosa batter and juice. All were easy to make. There were no lumps. Most of my work got done on the 1st setting itself. For Dosa batter I had to use 3rd. The lid plastic is of good quality and the rubber inside the lid looks durable too. The main body stays in place while mixy is in use. I am very satisfied with this product.

Very poor quality. Don't waste your money on this product. Just after my purchase I raise a complain of free movement of blade, technician charged me saying this is not covered under warranty, again after 6 month I raised another complain of extra noise, technician visited and left without correction,saying this part of motor is not covered in warranty.

It’s a good product overall. However, when I ordered it the first time, I received a defective unit. On my second purchase, one of the 6-blade jars was jammed. I contacted Inalsa customer care, and they arranged a service for it. My main concern is that, even after buying a new product, I had to visit a service center due to a slight defect in the jar. So overall, my experience with the product is okay—not 100% satisfying, but acceptable.
