Best piece of furniture i have ever purchased. No assembly required., perfect size for any room and quite comfortable.

Convertible ottoman is of superior quality and comfort. I cannot stress enough how functional and comfortable this ottoman is. It can be used as an entertainment/gaming type chair, a comfy bed and is the perfect height for a footstool. The adjustable back is perfect for any reclining position. When not in use, it’s fits nicely in a corner to serve as an accent piece. The customer service has also been excellent; I was pleasantly surprised by their timely responsiveness and understanding. To no fault of the seller, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. After reporting to FedEx, I contacted the seller, and we mutually agreed to await a response from FeEx. Finally, after days of back and forth with FedEx, the seller felt it would be best to send a replacement product. The replacement ottoman arrived in a timely manner, and I could not be happier with my purchase and their superior customer service. Will definitely buy again from this seller.

We purchased this convertible bed to serve as a guest bed that could be easily stored when not in use, and it’s been perfect for our needs. The transition from ottoman to chair to lounger and finally to a bed is incredibly smooth and effortless. My family absolutely loves it! We opted for the dark blue color, and it looks great in our space. When opened into a bed, it provides a comfortable twin-sized sleeping area. The cushions are a bit firm initially, but I’m confident they’ll soften with use. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase. For the price, this convertible bed offers solid quality. It would be even better if it came with a softer fabric, like microfiber, and perhaps memory foam cushions. Nevertheless, it’s a great size when set up as a bed and works perfectly for what we need.

My wife found this cool ottoman and we totally love it! It performs exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We bought the wider dark brown (70.87"x33.86"x16.54") ottoman. It's a quality piece of furniture and we love its multi-functionality. It looks exactly like the picture - the fabric is very soft, yet seems durable and the frame is very sturdy. We bought it to replace our too-large and single-purpose coffee table. We also need extra seating and a spare bed for visitors. I don't think anyone will mind sleeping on it temporarily. We are planning on getting a topper for it to add a little more cushion for guests, but think it would be fine without it... especially for those guests you don't want to stay too long haha! We had a little snafu with our order but the seller was professional, prompt, and courteous. We highly recommend this convertible ottoman!

Best double feature! Ottoman itself is great! The pull out bed is awesome. Easy to set up, firm bed. We use in our camper for additional sleeping for teenage boys and it works so well.

Love the way the chair is made. Very clever. It converts easily to lounger, bed or ottoman. I ordered it because I retired and while I still need an office for personal stuff, I was able to get rid of a desk, filing cabinet and table and printer stand - making enough room to add this chair, an end table and bookshelf to make a sort of guest room. My best friend from college comes to town a couple of times a year to visit and has to sleep on my couch. I'm a much earlier riser, partly because my cats want to be fed early so we all traipse past him at 4:30 AM. Now we don't have to disturb him. The only problem is that the chair is pretty hard for sleeping. Let's be clear. Not firm. Hard. So I bought a couple of toppers for it, which made it quite comfortable. Actually I used 2 quilts, two thick comforters doubled over and one topper. I just ordered a 3-inch memory foam topper hoping to replace the comforters. We'll see. I asked him if it was as comfortable as the couch. He said no, but that's a pretty high bar. My couch is REALLY comfy. But he slept really well on it and preferred it for the privacy. Even if I end up still having to use the comforters, I'm glad I bought it. It would have been 5 stars if it was softer. Nice as a big, wide chair - comfy to curly up with a couple pillows, a throw and a book. Looks very nice. Seems well made. Wish I had not bought the dark blue because of cat hair, but oh well. Excuse the mess. It's a work in progress.
