Part of this order for Thermicon tips was supplied defective and cannot be used. I needed the small tips but the large ones I did not need until a few months ago. The small tips work perfectly. Of the 4 wide tips three will not work - they act as if they are 'spent'. The fourth tip worked for a very short time. Because of the time lapse from being purchased to being used I cannot now get a refund. Very upset and disappointed.
