No customer service for colorbot products
No Product Service from Colorbot. Purchased product on May-2026 and my product stopped working from Aug-2026. Tried to reach customer service through emails and phone calls but there is no support from the team. Team doesn't respond to my calls or emails. Tried to book service through urban but no support to bldc fans from urban company. It's better to always purchase from reputed brands as we get immediate service support during warranty.

Fabulous Performance & Style
I purchased 8 fans and have been using them for over 3–4 months. I am very happy with the purchase. The fans are stylish, perform exceptionally well, and have been reliable since installation. Good
This is my replacement fan ... When we start the fan it suddenly start to stutter . Mostly it happens when we off the fan suddenly turn on again. It's very weird and I have wait to until it's completely the fan motion is done and then I can start again. This happens in new fan also... Other wise the speeds very good. Good air circulation! This one problem they need to address. Otherwise a good product

Excellent product
Colorbot Knoxx BLDC is an excellent product. I have ordered this fan through Amazon and it was delivered within two days. The packing is very good. It is very easy to assemble and fix the fan by yourself. It gives a very stylish look to the room. It does not create any noise while running. The remote is working fine. One more added advantage is reverse function for making the room warmer. The price is also very competitive compared to other producs. Though the LED lamp is giving some light to the room, it should be little bit brighter so that it can be used as night lamp also. Thanks for the excellent product. Highly recommended.
