I’ve taken lions mane for a long time as I know it works for me. However, this particular tincture must have a lot of glycerin in it because it seems to be a little too thick to get the correct measurement. It’s a shame but I will need to try another tincture.

I have been reading the many benefits of mushrooms which the Chinese have been using for their health benefits for many thousands of years. I found it easy to take by dropping it under your tongue or by putting it in drinks or juices etc It has a pleasant taste. It is suitable for vegans and is free from artifcial colours/ flavours/sweetener. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and do feel that it is helping me relax before bed but feel it needs more time to see what benefits it may have for my immune system and other health issues and I am pleased with it and look forward to any benefits it gives me.
